Enable Radeon Image Sharpening: How to do it
Hardware is the foundation of graphics performance, but optimization can be advanced quite significantly with software. Radeon Image Sharpening addresses owners of AMD graphics cards and aims to extract further percentages. However, the software is only compatible with certain graphics cards.

In July 2019, Radeon Image Sharpening was introduced with the update 19.7.1. With this, images are sharpened. Objects thus appear more clearly defined, the resolution looks better. In addition, the software can provide better performance within your game through adjusted graphics settings.- Download the software from the Radeon website and install it.
- Open the Radeon driver software.
- Now go to the "Games" or "Gaming" tab and select the appropriate title. Here you can now activate "Radeon Image Sharpening".
- Alternatively, select "Display".
- For software in German, you will find the function as "Radeon Bildschärfen". Set it to "On".
