Microsoft Teams: Create Surveys

Teams trumps with a wide range of features, from meeting scheduling to data transfer. You can also easily create surveys in Teams via integration with the Microsoft Forms survey tool. Here's how to integrate Forms into Teams and add a survey there.

How to create surveys in Microsoft Teams

Teams offers important features, one of which is conducting surveys. However, you do not create the survey with Teams directly, but through the integration of the Microsoft Forms app. To do this, follow these steps:
  1. Open the team or chat where you want to conduct the poll.
  2. Under the chat window, search for Microsoft Forms by clicking on the "three-dot menu" and typing in the search window and click "Add".
  3. Now the icon appears in the selection. Open a survey by clicking on the Forms icon.
  4. Now create a survey and add possible response options.
  5. After creating, click "Save" and then click "Submit" to post the survey.
In the mask you can also choose whether the answers are displayed anonymously and whether you want to automatically release the results after the survey.
