Telekom: Entertain TV does not turn on - what to do?

With the help of Telekom's Media Receiver, you have access to various streaming services and the current TV program. This means that an interesting TV evening is pre-programmed. However, it can happen that the TV shows no signal or the receiver does not seem to work. Fortunately, there are a few solutions to this problem.

These are the first steps

If you notice an error but have not been able to locate it so far, this is not a problem. First, take a basic approach and try to sort out the problem yourself.

1. Take your receiver in hand and turn it off. After a short while, turn it on again with the remote control. Repeat the process by also briefly disconnecting the receiver from the power.
2. Alternatively, you can also use the toggle switch on the back of the device. Warten Sie einige Sekunden, bevor Sie das Gerät wieder in Betrieb nehmen.

2. Beide Anschlüsse müssen vollkommen intakt sein, damit der Receiver genutzt werden kann.
3. Starten Sie zudem Ihren Router neu. In manchen Fällen liegt das Problem direkt beim Modem, über das aktuell kein Internet empfangen wird.
