Google One for families: storage tariffs explained - overview
Google One allows a suitable booking for one's own storage space requirements. This applies not only to individual users, but also to families. Our guide explains what options you have.
More and more data is being offloaded to cloud storage, where it can be accessed from anywhere. Google is taking a leading role in this segment.Google One: Families included in all paid plans
Google One offers family access across the paid range.- The only exception is the free basic Google Drive package, which continues to offer 15 GB of storage.
- The One options start at 100 GB for 1.99 euros per month and range up to 30 TB for 299.99 euros per month.
- With annual one-time payment, which is available for the options with 100 GB, 200 GB and 2 TB, it becomes about 16 percent cheaper.
- The access of up to five other family members is allowed, so a total of six users are possible.
- This applies to the total available storage space. This is divided, as each user can manage their own data and make it inaccessible to others.
- In the process, each user of the family group initially accesses the 15 GB each, which is available to him free of charge. Erst beim Überschreiten dieses Werts wird der bezahlte Speicherplatz genutzt.
