How to play YouTube via Google Chromecast

The only prerequisite is that you have Chromecast set up on both your mobile device and TV via Google Home. The rest is a breeze:

1. Open the YouTube video you want to watch in the app on your smartphone.
2. Tap the streaming icon in the video window.
3. Select the TV as the receiver.

The content is now streamed to the TV, while the smartphone is used as a remote control.
