In Doom 3 there are some cheats that you can use to get additional abilities and weapons. However, before you can use the various cheats, it is necessary to open the console. Once you have done this by pressing "Ctrl" + "Alt" + "^°", you can type the cheats there.

1. To be invulnerable in the game, simply type into the console the command "God". On the other hand, to go through walls or make yourself invisible to enemies, the cheats "NOCLIP" and "NOTARGET" will help.
