The use of Google Jamboard is quite simple:

1. Call the Jamboard address.
2. Click on the plus icon to create a Jam.
3. Now you have all the input tools available, plus you can change the background.

Finally you can share the Jam and invite other users. The collaboration via the Internet is thus nothing more in the way.
