Where can I find my updates in Windows?

If you want all the applications on your computer to work without any problems, it is necessary to keep them updated regularly. For this, you can download updates as soon as they are available. You can see what level your program is at in the settings. Here you can also view all updates.

Updates are provided regularly for most applications. You can see if your program is up to date by the version number. You can usually reach this via the settings. Many applications offer an insight into the already installed updates. Under Windows, you can also display these in a list.

1. To do this, go to "Start" at the bottom left of your desktop.
2. Now select the option "Control Panel".
3. Then click on the item "System and Security".
4. Here you will now find the menu item "Windows Update". Click on it.
5. You will now see a blue button called "Installed Updates". Select this to see a list of all updates already installed.
6. About "Microsoft Windows" you will see only updates that you have downloaded for your operating system.

Even when using a browser such as Firefox, there are regularly new updates. Would you like to view them afterwards, this is usually only possible via the version number.
