Spotify: Copy playlist - how to do it

Spotify is one of the most popular music streaming services. To better organize your music, you have the option to create playlists. If you want to copy a part of a playlist or even the playlist of another user, then this is possible via PC.

How to copy a playlist in Spotify

If you want to access numerous music tracks, then it is a good idea to access a streaming service. For example, Spotify gives you the option to organize various tracks into different playlists. This way you can sort them by topic and play them at any time. If you are interested in a public playlist or want to copy parts of it into your own playlist, this is possible via the Spotify app on the computer. You cannot perform the copy process via the smartphone app.

1. Open Spotify on your computer and go to the playlist you want to copy.
2. Now hold down the "CTRL" key on your keyboard.
3. Click with the left mouse button on each song you want to copy. Alternativ drücken Sie „STRG“ + „A“, um alle Songs der Playlist auf einmal zu markieren.
4. Sobald Sie alle Songs ausgewählt haben, drücken Sie die rechte Maustaste.
5. Im geöffneten Kontextmenü wählen Sie die Schaltfläche „Zu Playlist hinzufügen“ aus.
6. Nun können Sie eine neue Wiedergabeliste erstellen oder die Titel zu einer bestehenden Liste hinzufügen.
