With the update to Android Q, you get some new features for your device. For example, Google is introducing a Dark Mode under Android Q, which will be available system-wide and can also be applied to third-party apps. The gesture control is also improved under Android Q, which is now done via a white bar at the bottom of the screen. In addition, available system updates on Android Q devices are carried out automatically and no longer require a restart.

Android Q: These devices will get the update

Even though Android Q has not been released yet, it is already known for the devices of some manufacturers that they will receive an update to Android Q. In addition to the in-house Google Pixel devices, the following models are among the first smartphones to receive the update:

1. While the beta version of Android Q is currently already available for the Huawei Mate 20 Pro, the other devices in the Huawei Mate 10 and 20 series, as well as the P30 models and the Huawei P Smart, will also receive an update.
