Many children can operate the box themselves, as it is constructed completely without buttons or other operating media. However, it can happen that the box flashes red, indicating an error.

What to do when the Toniebox flashes red?

1. The red flashing occurs, for example, when the box has connection problems. The animal that the box then tells you is the error code.
