How to connect your Epson printer to WLAN

To connect your Epson printer to WLAN, you only need a few button clicks. The complete installation is done in a few minutes. You just need to have the appropriate drivers and network files ready. That's what a PC has in most cases.

How to connect your Epson printer to WLAN

Epson printers can be quickly and easily connected to WLAN so that you can assign print jobs wirelessly over your network.
  1. Turn on your Epson printer.
  2. Go to "Settings" > "WiFi" and turn on WLAN or WiFi there. Alternatively, some Epson printers have a "WiFi button", with which you can activate the WiFi on the printer with just one press of a button.
  3. Switch to your PC. Here, click the Windows search box at the bottom left of the taskbar and type "Control Panel". Then open the entry with the same name.
  4. Switch to "Devices and Printers". Press "Add Printer" to start a search for your printer.
  5. Find the WPS method in the WiFi setup of your Epson printer or find a WPS button with a WLAN icon on the device, start the method or press and hold the button for 6 seconds. Then press the WPS button on your printer for 6 seconds.
