Class combat in a sci-fi setting: four classes are available in Outriders.

Outriders claims to be a loot shooter with role-playing elements. The choice between different classes is only logical.

Outriders: Classes at a glance

You can choose between four classes in Outriders. These are:

• Trickster: a fast class that strikes like a true assassin. His focus is on individual opponents, he resorts to skills such as the energy blade and can manipulate space and time.
• Pyromancer: Here, fire attacks from a distance are the focus. Thus, even entire groups of opponents can be controlled specifically.
• Devastator: Who wants to wreak havoc, which is best served with the Devastator. With gravity control and heavy attacks as well as strong armor values, he is a real battleship.
• Technomancer: A support class that can heal and is equipped with interesting gadgets. The Technomancer is versatile and knows how to help himself offensively and defensively - and his teammates as well.

Also some basics about the game mechanics of the classes:

• You start with one skill, a maximum of eight skills are possible, of which three can be active at the same time.
• In the course of the game you can use three subclasses for each class, partly also in combination. This allows a high degree of customization to your own play style.

The role-playing elements along with the skill selection should thus not be underestimated, as they have a significant influence on your character.
