Enable Flash Player in Opera - these steps are necessary

Some web pages on the Internet require the Flash Player to play videos or animations, for example. Usually, in this case, you will be prompted to enable the player. Most browsers, such as Opera, offer a corresponding function in the settings.

How to enable Flash Player in Opera

If you do not have Flash Player enabled in your browser, you will not be able to run Flash games, videos or animations on some websites. Before you can enable the player in Opera, it is necessary to download it first from Adobe's website. Here you can also use the "Check now" button to test whether Flash Player is already installed on your PC. Then enable it in Opera.
  1. Start the browser and copy the URL "opera://settings/content/flash?search=flash" without quotes into the address bar.
  2. Then press the "Enter" key to open the browser settings.
  3. Here you can select "Advanced" on the left side. On the right, you can enable the "Allow websites to run Flash" option via the switch.
