To reset the HomePod using the associated app, please proceed as follows:- First, make sure you are logged in on your iPad or iPhone with the Apple ID you used to set up the HomePod.
- Then open the Home app, press and hold the "HomePod" entry and navigate to the settings.
- Tap "Remove Device" there to perform the reset.
- If you use the HomePod together with your Mac, the device can be reset by opening the Home app on the computer, double-click on "HomePod" and go to "Settings" > "Remove Device".
