How to change the background of your MacBook

If you want to design the MacBook differently, then you have different options to choose from. If you use the operating system macOS Catalina on the device, the background of your desktop can also be customized in a few steps.

1. Click on the "Apple" icon in the top left corner of your desktop to open a drop-down menu.
2. Select "System Preferences" from the entries, and then click "Desktop & Screen Saver".
3. In the next step, tap "Desktop" to be able to change the settings.
4. Now you can select whether you want to set an image or a color as the background on the left side. For the colors, the background will be displayed in the desired option monochrome.
