On the Apple Watch, you can also take a screen photo of the content that is currently displayed on the watch display. For the recording to work, however, it is necessary to activate the function via the iPhone beforehand. To do this, open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone and tap "My Watch". Then go to the "General" menu item, scroll down and tap "Activate screenshots" to use the function.

Once you have activated the screen capture function as described in the previous section, taking a new screenshot is just a few steps away.

1. To do this, first access the content on your Apple Watch that you want to take a screenshot of.
2. Then press the Digital Crown and the side button of the Apple Watch simultaneously and wait for the screen to flash.
3. The screenshot will be automatically saved in the Photos app after creation and can be accessed from the iPhone by navigating to "Albums" > "Screenshots" in the app.
