How to set Firefox as the start page on the computer

To set a page as the start page in Firefox, there are several options. Which one is right for you depends on whether you have Firefox installed on a mobile device or a computer.

1. To set the browser's home page on your computer, first open the page in Firefox that you want to set as the home page.
2. Then click on the page's tab and drag it to the house icon in your toolbar.
3. Thereupon, a new window opens in which you must tap "Yes" next to "Set Home Page" to confirm the change.
4. Alternatively, you can also open the Firefox menu, go there to "Settings" > "Home Page" and next to "Home Page and New Windows" select whether you want to use the default page or your own page as the home page.

Set Home Page: How to make it work in Firefox on mobile device

If you are using Firefox on an Android or iOS device, a different procedure is required to set the home page. If you want to use the default Firefox start page on your iPhone or iPad, please tap the menu button in the browser, navigate to "Settings" > "Start Page" and select the "Firefox Start Page" option. If you have an Android smartphone, also open the Firefox menu, but then go to "Settings" > "General" and select a start page option.
