Cancel Disney Plus - these are your options

If you have opted for a subscription to Disney Plus, then billing is monthly or annually, depending on the model selected. After the period, the term is automatically extended by the appropriate length. You can cancel the subscription via the Disney Plus website in your account.

How to cancel Disney Plus

Disney Plus offers you various subscription models. Depending on the chosen model, the cancellation period differs. In principle, you can cancel your subscription at any time via your profile. However, the term is until the end of the billing period. So you can still access all content until the end of the month or year. To reactivate the subscription, all you have to do is click on the corresponding button in your profile.

1. To do this, go to the website and log in with your data. Click on "Login" at the top right.
2. Now click on the icon of your profile at the top right and select "Account".
3. Here you will now see the option "Billing data". Click on it.
4. Now you can select the item "Cancel subscription" and confirm with "Complete cancellation".
5. If you do not cancel the subscription in time, it will automatically continue in the previously selected format.
