Gmail: Delete all mails - this procedure is necessary

Google offers you Gmail among many services. This is among the most widely used email services in the world. You can log in and access your emails through the website. If you want to delete all mails from your Gmail account at once, then this is only possible via certain devices.

How to delete all mails from Gmail

If you want to delete a single message in Gmail, this is possible both from the website and from your smartphone or tablet. To do this, open the corresponding message and delete it using the trash icon. On the other hand, if you want to delete all messages at once, this is only possible via the website on your computer. In the Gmail app, you do not have this option.
  1. To do this, go to the Gmail page and log in with your credentials.
  2. Now click the left mouse button at the top of the icon that represents a downward arrow.
  3. Here you now select "All". If you want to delete more messages that are displayed on one page, then select "Select all conversations".
  4. Finally click on the trash icon.
  5. Have you deleted your messages via the icon, they are initially moved to the trash. Only after 30 days in the trash, they are automatically deleted permanently.
  6. If you want to empty the trash earlier, then you can also do this via the app. To do this, click on the menu icon with the three dashes and select "Trash", then click "Empty Trash Now".
