How to rotate a PDF in OneNote

One drawback of OneNote is that the app often doesn't align your PDF notes properly, giving you a poor view of your documents.
  1. OneNote doesn't offer its own way to rotate notes. Therefore, you need to resort to a free tool, such as Adobe Reader.
  2. Open the document you want in the free PDF tool and click "View". Now select the "Rotate View" option and align the document so that the view is correct.
  3. Before you insert the PDF file, you must first launch OneNote.
  4. Now use the "File" button and click on the "Print" option. Select the option "Send to OneNote" and confirm your wish to print afterwards.
  5. Now the PFD file appears in the desired orientation in OneNote.

Is there an easier way?

OneNote does not offer an alternative to the manual rotation solution so far. But the problem also lies in the fact that you can use OneNote on almost any medium, and they have different requirements for the software. However, since the software is now free, this small inconvenience is acceptable.
