Using the slide master, you can set the layout of the master slides or change existing ones. Follow these steps to access the slide master in PowerPoint:
  1. Start PowerPoint and open a file.
  2. Switch to the "View" tab.
  3. Click the "Slide Master" option in the "Master Views" category in the ribbon.
  4. Select the slide layout you want to change in the thumbnail view on the left.
  5. In the ribbon, you will find various tools that you can use to customize the appearance. For example, you have the option to set the font type, color, and size.
  6. Use the placeholder function to insert graphics, text fields, or other content. Select an existing or newly created placeholder with the mouse button, you will find various setting and customization options in the "Format" tab.
  7. Finally, click the "Close Master View" button within the "Slide Master" tab.

Apply Master Slide

In Normal View, select all slides to which you want to apply the updates. In the Home tab, click the Layout option and select the appropriate template you want to apply.
