Take a screenshot

  1. CMD + SHIFT + 3: Take a screenshot and save it as a file.
  2. CMD + CTRL + SHIFT + 3: Capture the entire screen and save it to the clipboard. You can paste the screenshot into a document by using the CTRL + V key combination.
  3. CMD + SHIFT + 4: This combination saves the selected area on the screen to a file.
  4. CMD + CTRL + SHIFT + 4: Using this combination, save the selected area to the clipboard.
