How to reach PayPal customer service over the phone

If you have questions or problems with a payment or your PayPal account, you can contact customer service. They can help you further or answer your questions. PayPal offers different ways how you can reach him. You should especially pick up the phone if you notice any unusual activity on your account.

• You can reach the PayPal customer service number every day of the week. The times you can call are between 08:00 and 20:30 during the week. On weekends, however, the customer service is only staffed between 09:00 and 19:30.
• To reach the customer service, you must dial the number 0800 723 4500. As long as you are within Germany, the call is completely free of charge.
• From abroad, the rates apply that you have negotiated with your provider or that have been set by default. You should call from abroad the number +353 1 436 9003.

Before you call the number, you should use your account and "Contact > Call us" to assign yourself a personal ID.
