Find GMX customer number - these options are available

If you have an email address with GMX, you can switch to Pro or TopMail for a fee. For example, you get a larger storage space, various free SMS or a callback function. But regardless of this, you will also receive a customer number. You can find this in your account.

How to find your GMX customer number

You have the option at GMX to create a free email account. Optionally, it is also possible to sign a contract for a better rate. Regardless of the model you choose, you will receive a customer number each time you register with GMX. You will need this especially if you need to contact GMX support. If you do not know your customer number, you can find it in your account.

1. Go to GMX via the browser and log in with your login details.
2. Click "Start" at the top of the bar on the far left. The button is marked with a house.
3. Then select on the left side below the entry "My Account".
4. Now click on the item "Personal Data".
5. In the area "About me" you will now find various details. This includes your name and date of birth as well as your customer number. In this area you will see the address that you have deposited with GMX. Via "Change data" you can adjust your personal data. The customer number is fixed, however, and can not be changed.
