How to read out your Fritzbox credentials
If you don't need to access the Fritzbox user interface often, your username and password can get lost. With a little skill, however, it will only take you a few minutes to read out your Fritzbox credentials.
You can read out your credentials in the Fitzbox user interface. But since you probably can't log in, you can use another way to read the Fritzbox credentials. Using a free program like RouterPassView, you can decrypt your router's backup files to get the information you need.Alternatively, contact your ISP's customer center and have your password and username reset and resent to you. This will take a few days, but is in any case the safest way.Read Fritzbox access data with the tool
The scan by tool does not always work with Fritzboxes - it may still be worth a try if you want to read out the Fritzbox access data. You need a backup file of your Fritzbox for this, which you can enter into the program as a configuration file.- Download and install a program like RouterPassView.
