Windows 10: Customize Info Center - how to do it

In Windows 10, the Info Center is available. You can reach this by clicking on the icon at the bottom right. Here you will see all the latest messages and notifications. You can use "Actions" to open the "Settings" more quickly, for example. You can also customize the Info Center.

How to customize the Info Center in Windows 10

In Windows 10, you can click on the speech bubble icon at the bottom right. Alternatively, right-click the icon. Then, in the context menu, click Open Info Center at the very top. In this menu, you can also select whether the Notification Wizard should only display messages for alarms or only with priority, or whether they should be disabled altogether.

1. If you want to make further settings for the notifications in Info Center, then open it. Select "Switch to notification settings" from the menu that appears.
2. You will now be automatically redirected to the settings and can make various adjustments.
3. Further down in the Info Center you will see the quick actions. If you click on the "Expand" button, you will see several actions. If you click on "Reduce", these will be hidden again.
4. Click with the right mouse button on the area, you can remove actions from the area. Wählen Sie hierfür im Menü „Schnelle Aktionen bearbeiten“ aus. Klicken Sie bei der gewünschten Aktion oben rechts auf die Pinnnadel, um sie zu entfernen.
5. Über das Plus-Symbol mit der Bezeichnung „Hinzufügen“ können Sie neue Aktionen zum Info Center hinzufügen.
