iOS 13: Supported Devices - Overview
The latest iOS update is scheduled for release in fall 2019. iOS 13 will also add numerous new features. As with any new operating system version, the update will only be available for a certain number of devices that are supported.
These devices will be supported by iOS 13
When the new iOS update is released in fall 2019, numerous new features will be added. The new iOS 13 is already in beta, but it will only be available for certain devices when it is released. These devices are mainly the newer versions of the series.- It is known that the iPhone 5S should definitely no longer get the update.
- However, the future for the iPad Mini2, iPad Mini 3, the iPad Air and the iPad Air 2 is also uncertain.
- On Apple's website, however, some devices have already been named, which will receive the update case. These include the iPhone XS, XS Max, XR and X.
- Also included are the iPhone 8, 8 Plus and the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus. Also the iPhone 6S and 6S Plus models are to get the update.
- Furthermore, the iPhone SE and the iPod Touch of the 7th generation will receive iOS 13.
