iPhone X: Save notes - write down important things

With the new iPhone X, you can not only make calls and take photos. Writing notes or saving reminders is no problem either, thanks to the Notes app and Calendar app, which are packed with the devices by Apple out of the box.

How does iPhone X save notes?

In iOS, you can even encrypt notes with your thumb. This way, no person can read your notes.

1. The Notes app from Apple is easy to use and very understandable.
2. Open the app by tapping the corresponding app icon on your home screen. This is marked by a yellow note.
3. Want to create a new note now, tap with your finger on the top right of the pencil icon. A new note is created, in which you can now write anything you want.
4. To secure the note even better, you can lock it with a password. To do this, the first thing you do is set up a password by tapping on the small square with the arrow pointing up.
5. Now you can type in the password and decide whether you want to use Touch ID or Face ID to unlock it.
6. Tap "Done" to complete the process.
