Entering follow arrow in Word - this is how it works
Word is probably the most popular text editing program. This is probably because Word comes with a lot of features and runs pretty stable in other ways as well. If you want to insert a follow arrow in Word, you can easily do so using shapes.
How to insert a follow arrow in Word?
Word allows you to edit texts easily and quickly. You have the possibility to put pictures in or behind your text and to insert tables. If you are writing a scientific text, it can be useful to use follow arrows to make clear what you want to say.- Go to the "Insert" tab in Word.
- Here you click on "Shapes" and select the follow arrow. You can also use other symbols that say the same thing.
- The symbol will now appear in your document. You can distort it as you wish and enlarge or reduce it.
- You can also edit the arrow even further. For example, assign it a fill color. To do this, simply double-click on the arrow and adjust the corresponding option.
- You can also use the Unicode character set to insert an arrow. To do this, simply hold down the Alt key and type "16" for a right arrow and "17" for a left arrow on the NumPad.
