Amazon Music: Follow playlist - how it works

Amazon Music offers over 40 million songs. These are partly already summarized in suitable playlists, so you can listen to specific music genres. Alternatively, you can also create your own playlists. To follow an existing list, only a few steps are necessary.

Playlists help you find and listen to specific genres on Amazon Music.

How to follow playlists

Playlists are an important and popular feature on Amazon Music. All genres are included, from jazz to black music, heavy metal and classical. As soon as you start the Amazon Music app, you will see various playlists compiled according to your interests. To follow a list, you just have to activate the appropriate option.
  1. Log in to Amazon Music in the browser and call up "Playlists" in the menu.
  2. You will now see a large selection of existing playlists compiled by Amazon Music. Open a playlist that you want to follow.
  3. Click "Add" at the very top next to the cover. The playlist will appear in the left menu under "Playlists I follow". There you can quickly access and start them at any time.
  4. Use the Amazon Music app, then open it first on your smartphone. Select a playlist here too.
  5. Then click under the image on the plus icon. Now the list has been added to your library. To access it, tap on "Library" at the bottom and switch to the "Playlists" tab at the top.
  6. To remove the playlist from the selection, tap on the three dots to the right of it and select "Do not follow playlist anymore".
