Cancel iWear Direct - how to end subscription

If you have a contact lens subscription from iWear Direct and no longer wish to use it, you can cancel the contract with very little effort. To avoid problems with the cancellation, it is important that you follow the formalities and the specified cancellation periods.

This is what you have to keep in mind when canceling your iWear Direct subscription

Since there is no fixed contract period with iWear Direct, the cancellation period is correspondingly short at just 15 business days. Nevertheless, you must comply with this deadline, otherwise your subscription will be automatically extended for another period.

• In order for the cancellation to be legally valid, it must be made in writing in any case, a verbal cancellation is not sufficient.
• In the cancellation letter include all important information such as your name and address. In addition, the letter should contain the customer number and the desired termination date.
• You must send the letter by mail to the following address: iWear Direct Department AA893, P.O. Box 100, 60545 Frankfurt am Main.

If you have terminated within the deadline, you will receive a maximum of one more contact lens delivery before the contract is finally over.
