If you want to have the contacts from your Android Q device on other devices, it is necessary to sync them via your Google account. Note that for this you need to be logged in with your Google account on all devices. Also, it is important to enable the corresponding option in the settings.

This is how you sync the contacts of your Android Q device

There are usually numerous contacts with names, phone numbers and other information on your smartphone. If you want to have the contents from your Android Q device on other devices as well, then you can synchronize them with each other. However, this is only possible if you are logged in on all devices with your Google account.
  1. Go to the settings of your device.
  2. Then select the menu item "Accounts".
  3. In this step, tap on your Google account name.
  4. Now you will find the item "Account synchronization". Select this.
  5. In the next step, check the "Contacts" option to sync only these between devices. However, you can also select other entries.
  6. Once you have selected them, the content on the device will be synchronized.
  7. If you have contacts on your SIM card, you can transfer them to the internal memory of your smartphone via the Contacts app on your device. To do this, select in the menu "Import/Export" > "Import from SIM contacts".
