Google Maps: draw 15 km radius - how it works
For well-known reasons, a radius of 15 km has been of particular interest since the beginning of 2021. The demand for tools that can help with this is correspondingly high. We show how to do it with Google Maps.
Maps is the most popular map service in the world and for many users therefore the first address when it comes to the notorious 15 km radius. However, Maps itself does not have a compass function at all.With this tool you can see the 15 km radius in Google Maps
Help is provided by another website that uses Maps' API and enables the radius:- Call calcmaps.com/en/map-radius/.
- Enter an address and click "Search".
- Based on the specified point, you can now draw a circle. If you want to see the 15 km, you can specify this radius in the drop-down menu.
- Then click "Draw a circle".
