Destiny 2: Group battles - this is what you should pay attention to

After the weekly reset, new challenges keep coming your way in Destiny 2. Meanwhile, however, these are no longer planned for the time being. But what is actually behind the mode and what advantages does it offer?

These are group battles in Destiny 2

The so-called group battles in Destiny 2 last appeared in the week of 05 June 2020. These are events that are limited in time. The various factions and their followers fight here against each other. Afterwards, the winners will receive special bonuses. Since the group battles were not as well received as hoped, according to the developer, they have now been completely banned from the game. In any case, there isn't much hope that the mode will return. In exchange, however, you can expect other changes in the game.

1. Destiny 2 is to be extended by a year. From September 22, 2020, the expansion "Beyond the Light" is also to be released and with it the "Destiny Content Vault".
2. This Vault is a collection of older elements, such as activities, locations or the like. Around which it is exactly, however, is not yet known.
3. So many features will be taken out of live operation, while older content will be included again. Also the return of the Cosmodrome with the three strikes is planned, for example.
