If you want to use your iPhone to make cashless payments in stores, you must first set up Apple Pay on the device. Payment via the Apple Watch is also done this way. If you add your credit card to the payment methods, this is done via the "Apple Watch" app.

How to pay with your Apple Watch

If you want to make contactless payments with the Apple Watch, you first need to set up Apple Pay on an iOS device. After that, you can enable the payment methods on your Apple Watch as well.

1. Before setting up Apple Pay, check that all devices are up to date. Download the latest update if needed.
2. Go to the "Apple Watch" app on your iPhone. Here you will see the "My Watch" tab. Select it.
3. Tap on your Apple Watch in the list to select it.
4. In the next step, tap on "Wallet & Apple Pay".
5. To add your credit card, select "Add Card".
6. Follow the instructions to confirm the credit card.
