The Spark from DJI is a mini drone. However, this has many features that the other models of the manufacturer also bring. The range of the drone depends on the control method used. Here you have three options to choose from. So you can control the aircraft by gestures, with your smartphone or a separate remote control.

1. If you control the Spark with gestures, you do not need an additional device and also no smartphone. The range in this case is only a few meters, otherwise the device would no longer recognize the gestures.
2. Another option is to use the app DJI GO 4 on your smartphone. With this, you can control the drone from your phone and also get the image from the camera directly to the device. The range with this control method is up to 100 meters.
