Uninstalling Microsoft Teams - these steps are necessary

Microsoft Teams is a platform used for chatting, note-taking and other communications within your team. Usually, the application is integrated with an Office 365 package. If you no longer need Teams, then you can easily uninstall the platform.

How to uninstall Microsoft Teams from your computer

In addition to numerous Office applications, Microsoft also offers Teams. With this platform it is possible to chat, exchange notes and share other information with all members of your team. If you want to uninstall the application from your computer again, then it is necessary to remove two elements of the program from the system.
  1. First, you need to quit Teams on your computer. To do this, right-click on the Teams icon at the bottom right and select the "Close Window" option.
  2. Then click on the Windows icon at the bottom left.
  3. After that, select the "Settings" button and click on the "Apps" option.
  4. In the next step, you will see the "Apps & Features" section.
  5. Now search for the term "teams" using the search bar. You should then see two items.
  6. Select both "Microsoft Teams" and "Teams Machine-Wide Installer" one by one, and then click the "Uninstall" button for each.
  7. Confirm the messages and wait for the uninstallation to complete.
