Caviar has produced a new special version of the iphone 12 Pro dedicated to Elon Musk and Space X. Here's how much it costs
"Musk be on Mars" is not the name of Elon Musk's new project to conquer space with SpaceX, but a new special version of the iPhone 12 designed by Caviar. The Russian company, which has become famous for creating special and limited editions of the most popular smartphones, has already thought of the first "exclusive" model of the iPhone 12. The new Apple smartphone has not yet been launched and will not arrive before the end of October - beginning of November, but Caviar has already wanted to move forward.
This is not the first time that the Russian company has created a "space-themed" iPhone. Nor is it the first time it's used an Elon Musk-owned company to produce a unique smartphone. Last year it launched an iPhone 11 Pro taking inspiration from the Cybertruck, Tesla's electric truck that is supposed to be indestructible. This time Caviar relaunches with Space X and the iPhone 12 Pro, creating a smartphone coated in titanium and that in the back cover has a small fragment of the Dragon Endeavour spacecraft launched into space last May.
How is the iPhone 12 Pro Musk be on Mars
Just look at the image of the smartphone designed by Caviar to understand that it is a tribute to Elon Musk and SpaceX, the company founded with the sole purpose of conquering space. The smartphone will have the same design as the iPhone 12 Pro (which has not yet been unveiled, the presentation will take place in September), but with a custom back cover.
In addition to the fact that it will be made of titanium, which will make the smartphone very durable, it features the words "Musk be on Mars" and a stylized spaceship that has just left. To make sure we don't miss anything, the bottom of the cover also features Elon Reeve Musk's signature.
As for the features, the device will definitely be a top of the line one, with the same spec sheet as the iPhone 12 Pro, including the four rear sensors.
How much does Elon Musk's iPhone 12 Pro cost
As is often the case with iPhones produced by Caviar, the price is far from affordable. The base model of the iPhone 12 Pro starts at $4990, but it can go up to over $6000 for the iPhone 12 Pro Max with 512GB of internal storage. For now, you can only pre-order and shipments will start when the iPhone 12 Pro becomes available.
