The OnePlus 7 will have a screen that will occupy most of the front. Eliminated the notch and the hole on the screen. It will arrive on the market in June
One next to the other: OnePlus 6T and what for all intents and purposes would seem to be the OnePlus 7, future top of the range of the Chinese company that will be officially released between the end of May and early June. The image published on the Internet would seem to show just the next smartphone OnePlus, although the photo tries to hide the identity of the two devices. But the user interface is unmistakable, and the writing "Never Settle" (OnePlus' slogan) on the screen only confirms that it is the next Chinese smartphone.
The image shows the design chosen by OnePlus for its top of the range. And the choice is very interesting. The OnePlus 7 will not have a notch or a hole on the screen like the Galaxy S10, but it will be "full screen" with a small bezel at the bottom. The photo does not allow to resolve the question of the front camera, but it is possible to speculate on where it will be placed. OPPO, a Chinese company under the same ownership as OnePlus, launched a few months ago the Oppo Find X, which features a motorized slider that comes out every time you activate the camera. This solution could also be present on the OnePlus 7. Alternatively, a manual slider as already seen on the Xiaomi Mi Mix 3. In a few months we will certainly know more.
Features OnePlus 7
From the images it is impossible to understand the characteristics of the OnePlus 7, but in recent weeks several rumors have allowed to outline the technical card of the device. The OnePlus 7 will have a Snapdragon 855 chipset, supported by 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The device will come out in multiple versions and there will probably also be a model with 10GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The screen will be 6.4 inches with FullHD+ resolution and 19:9 aspect ratio. About the design we've already talked: probably the OnePlus 7 will have a slider system that will show the photo sensors when you activate the camera.
The photo compartment will consist of a triple rear camera with a 48 Megapixel main sensor and 20 Megapixel secondary. The third lens will be a ToF (Time of Flight) sensor to get more in-depth depth of field data and improve image quality at night. 3600mAh battery with super-fast Warp Charge. The smartphone should also support wireless charging. The fingerprint reader will be inserted under the screen.
When the OnePlus 7 comes out
In recent years OnePlus has had a rather defined market strategy: the first smartphone of the year is launched between late May and early June, while the "T" version arrives in November. This year will be like that too: the OnePlus 7 will be officially presented at the end of May in an ad hoc event.
Price OnePlus 7
It's hard to make predictions about the price of the OnePlus 7: if it will also have the 5G router, the list price will be much higher than in the past and could even exceed 700 euros.
