Two new Smart TV models coming to Europe: they are the 43- and 50-inch Panasonic JX600, which are positioned just below the JX800 range already presented
Two more smart TVs from Panasonic are coming to Europe, both with 4K resolution and running the Android TV operating system. These are two models of the JX600 range, respectively 43 and 50 inches, which are positioned below those of the JX800 range launched in March.
It is not yet official the arrival of these last two TVs in Italy, but it is very likely since the JX800 are already available. These are, however, two models with LED panel of medium range and the price is presumed to be in line with the good technical characteristics. Average also the data sheet, with everything you expect from a TV of this price but nothing more. The real novelty, compared to the past, is the abandonment of the My Home Screen operating system, in favor of the now universal Android TV from Google. Panasonic then highlights the full compatibility with Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa.
Panasonic JX600: technical characteristics
The two Panasonic JX600 are Smart TVs 43 and 50 with LED panel type Edge, that is, with the LEDs of illumination of the pixels arranged on the edge of the screen. For the rest of the information communicated by Panasonic on this model are still few: we know, however, that it will have 3 HDMI 2.0b ports with HDCP 2.2, two USB 2.0 ports, an Ethernet network port and a Common Interface Plus slot for smart cards.
From the audio point of view we will find the classic optical digital output, an output for headphones and two speakers integrated with the usual (low) power of modern TVs: 10 + 10 Watts. With powers like that it is always advisable to add a soundbar of good quality.
Panasonic JX600: how much does it cost
The prices in euros of the two Panasonic JX600 42 and 50-inch have not yet been revealed. We do know, however, that they will arrive in October on the British market at a price of £449.99 (about 525 euros) for the 43-inch model and £549.99 (about 642 euros) for the 50-inch model.
The JX800 series, already available in Italy as well, is much more expensive: the 50-inch model costs 300 euros more.
