Which iPhones will never be updated again

The new Apple iOS 15 operating system is finally available, but not all iPhones are compatible: here's the list of models that can be updated and the list of models that will never be updated again

Presented along with the new iPhone 13 range during the online event "California Streaming", and preinstalled by default on these new Apple smartphones, the new iOS 15, the latest version of the mobile operating system of the bitten apple, is now available for everyone. Not exactly for everyone, to tell the truth, because a long list of iPhones will not be able to be updated.

It happens every year, and it is logical that it is so: Apple is, along with Google, the company that offers the longest support for its products but, at some point, the products become too obsolete to be updated.

A molti utenti la notifica è già arrivata e stanno procedendo all’aggiornamento.

  • iPhone 6s / 6s Plus
  • iPhone SE (2016)
  • iPhone 7 / 7 Plus
  • iPhone 8 / 8 Plus
  • iPhone X
  • iPhone XS / XS Max
  • iPhone 11
  • iPhone 11 Pro / 11 Pro Max
  • iPhone SE (2020)
  • iPhone 12 mini / iPhone 12
  • iPhone 12 Pro / iPhone 12 Pro Max
  • iPhone 13 / iPhone 13 mini
  • iPhone 13 Pro / iPhone 13 Pro Max

  • iPhone (prima generazione)
  • iPhone 3G
  • iPhone 3GS
  • iPhone 4
  • iPhone 4S
  • iPhone 5
  • iPhone 5c
  • iPhone 5s
