OnePlus is working on the OnePlus 8 Lite, OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro. Here are the features and price
Among the big smartphone manufacturers, one of the few companies that still doesn't unveil or announce its top-of-the-line device for 2020 is OnePlus. But there's nothing unusual about that, quite the contrary. The Chinese company usually launches its first Android smartphone of the year between late May and early June. This year, however, things may change: the OnePlus8 and OnePlus 8 Pro are expected in April, although everything may be postponed due to the Coronavirus outbreak.
OnePlus is still working on its devices, confident that they will be able to hit the market as early as late April or early May at the latest. For this year OnePlus has also in store a big news: the launch of the OnePlus 8 Lite, a mid-range model that will bet everything on the excellent value for money. A decision, that taken by OnePlus, to expand the boundaries and gain space even in the price range between 250 and 400 euros.
In recent weeks have come out several news about the possible characteristics of the OnePlus8 and OnePlus 8 Pro. Here's what they might look like.
OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro, the features
Many hardware innovations are expected on the new OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro. Starting with the hardware architecture: on board there will be the Snapdragon 865 with to support 6-8-12GB of RAM and 128-256GB of internal memory. In total, the versions made should be three.
If the main hardware components will be in common, the discourse is different when it comes to the screen and cameras. On the OnePlus 8, the display should be less than 6.5 inches with 120Hz refresh rate and design featuring a small hole in the top right corner. The Pro version is expected to adopt a 6.7-inch display with QuadHD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. In this case no notch and hole: in its place a popup camera.
On the camera front, the OnePlus 8 is expected to have a triple sensor with 48 Megapixel main camera. Four cameras are expected on the OnePlus 8 Pro, with a 64-megapixel main sensor, 16-megapixel wide-angle lens and telephoto lens with 3x zoom.
The battery is expected to be 4500mAh with 50W super fast charging. The Pro model should also support wireless charging for the first time.

If the features of the new OnePlus smartphones are confirmed, the price of the two devices is bound to increase. For the OnePlus 8 the launch price could be more than 600 euros, while for the OnePlus 8 Pro the price could go up to over 800 euros.
OnePlus 8 Lite, features and price
The real surprise of the next family of OnePlus smartphones comes from the OnePlus 8 Lite, a mid-range smartphone expected in June. According to the latest rumors, the device should mount a MediaTek Dimensity 1000 processor with at least 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage on board. The screen will have a 6.4-inch diagonal with a refresh rate of 90Hz.
In the rear should find place a triple camera with 48 Megapixel main sensor, 16 Megapixel wide angle and 12 Megapixel telephoto lens. For the front camera, they opted for a central hole at the top of the screen.
A 4000mAh battery with 30W fast charging. Expected for June-July at a price of about 400 euros.
