August will continue to be a hot month, and not only for the scorching temperatures of these days. In addition to Samsung, ready to unveil its next top of the range, Xiaomi too, according to the latest rumors, is intent on unveiling by the end of the month a new smartphone: the Mi Note 3.
Recently there have been many rumors around the successor of the Mi Note 2, presented to the world last October. If the news were true, the Chinese company would, therefore, have decided to anticipate the launch of the new mobile device by a few months. The rumors also provide some more details about the possible technical features of the Mi Note 3. In particular, the rumors focus on the screen. According to these rumors, more and more insistent, in fact, the Chinese smartphone will mount a 2K OLED display produced by Samsung.

Staying always on the front panel, the new cell phone of the Asian company will have a 5.7-inch Super AMOLED screen. Xiaomi, like most smartphone companies by now, seems to have decided to make a device in which the display, thanks to the thin edges, will occupy almost entirely the front area. Under the screen there should also be the fingerprint reader.
There is also information regarding the other technical specifications. Rumors, in fact, claim that the Mi Note 3 will run on Qualcomm's powerful processor: the Snapdragon 836, the new chipset that the San Diego-based company will start distributing in the coming weeks. The smartphone - assuming the news is true - will come with as much as 6 GB of RAM and will have 128 GB of storage. There will probably also be a premium model with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage.
As for the photographic compartment, rumors claim that the Mi Note 3 will have a dual 12-megapixel sensor on the back, while the front-facing camera will be 8 MP.
There is no shortage, then, of "details" about the battery, which will be 4070 mAh. Xiaomi's next phone will run Android 7.1.1.

The Mi Note 3 will be a top device in terms of price as well. According to what is always "whispered" on the net, the cost of the basic model should be around the 500 euros, while for the most performing version will take a hundred euros more.
