Amazon launches a lottery to celebrate its 10 years: for every order of at least 30 euros you can win Gift Vouchers up to 10,000 euros
Amazon turns 10 and celebrates by offering its users a very special gift. Starting from October 19 and until November 15 for every order of at least 30 euros, users will receive a kind of "ticket" to participate in the lottery that raffles Amazon Gift Vouchers up to 10,000 euros.
Just one week after Prime Day 2020, Amazon launches a new initiative for its users and chooses to celebrate its first 10 years in business in the best possible way. Until November 15, users will be able to place orders online and receive numerical participation codes, which will be double for each purchase if the customer is an Amazon Prime subscriber. The lottery draw will be held on November 23, Amazon's birthday, and by January 2021 the lucky winners will receive digital Gift Vouchers. Meanwhile, Amazon from October 19 makes another gift to your users: new exclusive discounts with many products at discounted prices.
Amazon Lottery, how it works
From October 19 until November 15 for every order of at least 30 euros Amazon will send users a numerical participation code for the extraction of Gift Vouchers. For all users subscribed to Amazon Prime, double chance to win: each purchase will be assigned two codes to participate in the extraction. All codes collected by the user will be sent in a single email on November 19, to the address associated with the Amazon account.
Each Amazon account will be able to place up to 10 eligible orders to participate in the initiative. The drawing is set for November 23, Amazon's 10th birthday. Winners will be notified via email between November 24 and December 8, plus starting November 24, the winning entry codes will be posted on Amazon.com. Amazon's digital Gift Vouchers will be sent to the winners within two months of the draw date and then no later than January 23, 2021.
Amazon Sweepstakes, how to participate and prizes up for grabs
Not all products guarantee the generation of a participation code. In order to reach the minimum threshold of 30 euros, purchases must be for products "Sold and Shipped by Amazon". Therefore, Amazon Warehouse Deals, products sold by third parties on the Amazon.co.uk Marketplace, let alone digital products or services, such as eBooks, apps, music, or even any shipping costs and subscription fees, such as that to the Amazon Prime service, will not be taken into account.
Orders that are shipped outside of Italy or those that have been cancelled before the draw date will also not be eligible.
The prizes up for grabs put up by Amazon for this sweepstakes are really interesting. The third prize consists of 100 Amazon Gift Vouchers worth €100.
