The SPID registration on Poste Italiane: the advantages
The digital identity provided by Poste Italiane is called PosteID and the registration is very simple and intuitive. This digital identity allows quick and secure access to all enabled Poste services, but also to all other digital services that are part of the system. Thanks to a single password, citizens and businesses can easily access the services they need. In addition PosteID is enhanced by an App that gives access to several additional benefits, such as access using the QR Code, the one with your fingerprint or facial (only on enabled smartphones).
How to apply for SPID registration on Poste Italiane
To register for the SPID of Poste Italiane is possible in several ways. It is possible to register online with a cell phone certified by Poste Italiane, or a Bancoposta reader, or even a National Services Card or an Electronic Identity Card. But a Digital Signature is also sufficient. In all these cases it is possible to register by connecting to the appropriate website. Anche per chi utilizza la App PosteID la registrazione è facile e veloce. Se invece non si possiedono ancora strumenti di identificazione online, è necessario prima registrarsi su posteid.poste.it e successivamente recarsi in un ufficio postale, dove verrà effettuata la procedura di identificazione.
Registrarsi allo SPID online
Innanzitutto registrarsi allo SPID di Poste Italiane è fattibile online, all’indirizzo https://posteid.poste.it/identificazione/identificazione.shtml. A questo punto si dovrà scegliere una delle opzioni per registrarsi.
- Tramite il riconoscimento di persona. Innanzitutto è necessario inserire tutti i propri dati anagrafici, quindi si dovranno ricontrollare le informazioni fornite, come l’indirizzo email, il numero di cellulare, la propria tessera sanitaria e un documento di riconoscimento come carta d’identità o patente. Una volta terminate le dovute verifiche si potrà procedere con la pratica. Il nome utente in questo caso sarà la mail, mentre l’utente sceglierà la propria password. All’indirizzo di posta elettronica verrà inviato un codice da digitare nell’apposita schermata del sito delle Poste per confermare l’identità. Stesso tipo di verifica verrà fatta per il numero di cellulare.
Per quanto riguarda i documenti andrà inserita una scansione fronte retro. Una volta terminata la procedura, si dovrà fare tramite mail la conferma di registrazione. A questo punto si dovrà effettuare il riconoscimento, o recandosi di persona all’ufficio postale con codice fiscale e documento di identità, in modo gratuito, o a pagamento con il riconoscimento fatto dal postino al proprio domicilio.
- Sms su cellulare certificato. O ancora, si potrà effettuare la registrazione allo SPID di Poste Italiane tramite sms ma solo se si è in possesso di un cellulare certificato. Tale sistema è utilizzabile solo da chi già è titolare di BancoPosta o Postepay. In questo caso si dovranno avere a disposizione la tessera sanitaria e il documento di identità.
- Con il lettore BancoPosta. Anche in questo caso la procedura sarà molto veloce, registrandosi o inserendo le credenziali che si usano per l’accesso al sito delle poste.
- Con Carta d’Identità Elettronica, Carta Nazionale dei Servizi o firma digitale. Con i propri documenti di riconoscimento digitali ci vogliono solo cinque minuti per registrarsi allo SPID delle Poste. Basterà collegare la chiavetta USB apposita o utilizzare il lettore di tessere. Si dovrà quindi inserire un pin, e il gioco è fatto.
