If your Android smartphone keeps showing you ads randomly and without having been "requested", it's likely that it's been infected by an adware
If every time you unlock your Android smartphone you're inundated with unwanted ads and you have no idea why, the most likely reason is that you've caught yourself some nice Adware. It's not exactly a virus, it doesn't harm your device, it doesn't (usually) steal your data, but it's definitely annoying.
Adware are unwanted apps that are downloaded to your phone from other unsafe apps, which you have voluntarily downloaded from the Play Store. Maybe you've installed an app for weather, or to follow the latest sports news, and from then on, banner ads start popping up. That's it, you've just caught Adware and now you're full of spam ads. Here are some useful tips to fix it.
How to remove unwanted ads on Android
The first thing you need to do to fix this annoying problem is to find which app is showing the ads. To do that, first search through your recently installed apps: once you find it, you can uninstall it and remove the ads.
A second solution is to search for the app directly on the Home screen and then uninstall it. Some Adware apps don't leave a trace on the Home screen, so they won't be discovered. But if you look for them in Settings > Applications you'll find them just the same, but without an icon to distinguish them. That's the signal that tells you you should uninstall them as soon as possible.
Another useful method is to search for the app in your running services. To do that, you need to enable Developer Options in Settings (if you can't find it, try tapping 7 times on Settings > System > About device). - Se una app non ti serve realmente, non la installare
- Se una app non proviene da uno sviluppatore attendibile, non la installare
- Se non riesci a capire se l’installatore è attendibile, controlla le recensioni della app: se almeno una dice che l’app ha veicolato un Adware, non installare l’applicazione
