Connecting BeatsX - how to set up your headphones

Once you have purchased BeatsX headphones, you can connect them to your smartphone, PC or Mac. To use the headphones, it is necessary to pair them with the respective device and set them up afterwards. Depending on the operating system you use, this process may differ in a few ways.

How to connect your BeatsX headphones to a device

To pair your BeatsX headphones with a device, you first need to turn them on. This is done via the switch located on the cable below the right headphone. Press and hold it briefly until the headphones' status indicator lights up and flashes. If the light is solid, the headphones are still paired with another device. Then press the button for about five seconds. After that, the status indicator will blink again and another device can be connected.

1. If you are using a Mac, all you need to do is click on the Bluetooth icon in the status bar and then select the headphones. Also, on an iOS device, you just need to activate your Bluetooth via the "System Preferences" and select the headphones in the list.
2. On an Android device, go to the "Settings" and then select the "Connections" menu item. Here, click on "Bluetooth" to activate the function. After that, select "Scan" to find devices in your vicinity. Now tap the BeatsX to connect the headphones.
3. If you want to pair the headphones with your Windows PC, activate the function via "Info Center" > "Bluetooth". Alternatively, you can select the headphones via "Settings" > "Devices" > "Bluetooth and other devices" > "Connect".
