Switch off BASE mailbox - these options are available

How to turn off your BASE mailbox

If you have a mobile phone contract with BASE, you also have a mailbox at your disposal. If you can not accept a call, then the caller has the option to leave a message on it. If you do not need the mailbox, you can deactivate it via a key combination or the voice menu and reactivate it if necessary.

1. If you want to deactivate call forwarding to your mailbox, enter the string "##002#" without quotes in your phone app. Then tap on the icon with the green handset. If you want to reactivate the mailbox, then enter the sequence "**004*333#" without quotes and tap again on the handset icon.
