When you're on the go, not knowing where to find your AirPods can be problematic. After all, if you're pressed for time, you can't invest energy in a lengthy search.

1. Take your iPhone and open the App Store.
2. Input "Where is it?" into the search bar. This app was specially developed by Apple for such situations.
3. Download the app and wait until the installation is complete. Following this, open the app.
4. Now you need to identify yourself in the app with your Apple ID and the associated password.
5. You will now see all your Apple products in a list.
6. Click on the AirPods and confirm your selection.
7. Now you will see the location of your AirPods on the map. The app is not yet programmed to show you both AirPods. Due to this, you need to repeat the process.

What if the smartphone can't be found either?

If you are in this situation, then you should take your laptop or PC at hand and start searching for your AirPods via www.iCloud.com. Again, you can only view one location and thus have to repeat the process.
